What an amazingly powerful experience we all had together in community, enjoying the sights and sounds of the jungle, the fun and excitement of the ocean and waterfalls, and the deep heart-opening experiences we co-created together through music, yoga, dance, meditation, and workshops.

For this next retreat, we plan to add more local experiences (including a service project) in Uvita to get more connected to the culture and have more experiences with native animals.

We are looking forward to all the healthy, high-quality food and intend to have more meat options for those who prefer high-quality meat as a part of their diets.

* FYI we are also looking into an “add on” of a Plant Medicine Experience for anyone who has an interest in extending their trip to participate.
