If you didn’t do this already, be sure to check your email for your receipt and make sure to whitelist or add info@healingartsmgmt.com to your email contacts / address book.
We’ll send updates to keep you informed as we get closer to the trip, so we want to make sure you receiving everything we send.
If you have any questions, email as at the same email above and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

STEP 2
Fill out your Travel Questionnaire & Contract and TACs via DocHub*!
Sign the following two documents and send them to peru@healingartsmgmt.com:

*If you don’t have a DocHub account, you’ll just need create a free account after choosing to Fill a Copy using your Google account credentials or with any email address.
Be sure to complete both documents within 7 days of your registration to ensure we can hold your spot.
